Ingredients :

 

100g carrots

150 g shelled peas

150 g green beans

3 tomatoes

1 red pepper

200 ml of skimmed milk

4 ½ eggs

Preparation :

 

Vegetables should be washed and their outer layer peeled.

 

Then the cooking process involves boiling the ingredients in salted water for 10 minutes.
