Ingredients:

 

– 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced

– 2 bell peppers, sliced (any color)

– 1 medium onion, sliced

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 1 tbsp vegetable oil

– 1 tsp ginger, grated

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Optional: Cooked rice or noodles for serving

 

Directions:

 

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Return the beef to the skillet and add the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles if desired.
