Can’t choose between eating a cake or a cheesecake? Who says you? Strawberry Margherita Cake with Cheesecake Layer is the answer you’ve been waiting for.

 

* Ingredients :

 

+white cake

 

° 2 boxes of white cake mix

° 8 large egg whites

° 2 1/2 cups water

° 1 cup canola oil

° 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

° 3 large lemons, grated

 

+Strawberry Frosting Lime

 

° 1 12 cups soft unsalted butter

° 4 tablespoons of tequila

° 2 tablespoons triple sec

° 4 tablespoons prepared strawberry puree

° 9 dessert cups sifted sugar

° 2 teaspoons lemon zest

 

* Directions :

 

+Cake methods

 

Preheaat oven 350° & spraying 3 (8-inch) around cake pans with cook spray, set apart .

Using a stand mixer, whisk together cake mix, egg whites, water, and canola oil until blended.

Blend juice lemon & peel lemon to homogeneous.

Slice batter equally among the 3 prepared pans cake .

Bake in the oven for 25-28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Leave it to cool completely.

 

+Frosting Tequila With Strawberry

 

Using a stand mixer, combine all ingredients in a blender and whisk until blended, and smooth and stiff with peaks.

Put 1 cup of frosting in a piping bag and set aside

 

+decorating methods

 

Using a cake leveler, remove the domes from the cake to level it

Put one round cake on the cake board

Putting cup frosting on cake & blend equally

Placing second cake on top the icing

Put 1 cup of the frosting on the second cake layer and distribute it evenly

 

Place the last round cake on top of the decorating cream

Using the remaining icing, freeze the entire cake

Put the frosting on top of the cake

Put lemon slices and strawberries on top of the garnish

Grate the lemon all over the top of the cake

Put it in the fridge for an hour to allow the frosting to freeze slightly

 

Cut into slices & Enjoy !
