RECIPE:

Makes 8 Cups

4 Pkts Strawberry Jelly

1 Elmlea whipping cream (Heavy Cream)

 

Whip the Elmlea whipping cream and divide it into 2 cups.

 

First layer-

Make jelly according to instructions, pour into you dessert cups and leave to set in the fridge.

 

Second layer-

Make jelly according to instructions, leave to cool slightly then stir in 1 cup whipped cream. Pour slowly onto set jelly and leave to set again in the fridge.

Repeat the same for third and fourth layer.

Top with whipped cream and your favourite fruit.

Enjoy!

NOTE: 1 Elmlea whipping cream is used just for the layers and not for top decoration.
