Steak with Pork & Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

– 2 steaks

– 2 pork chops

– 1 cup blue cheese

– 1/2 cup heavy cream

– 2 tbsp butter

– Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Step 1: Sear the meats

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steaks and pork chops with salt and pepper. Sear the meats in the skillet until cooked to your desired level.

Step 2: Make the sauce

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add butter, blue cheese, and heavy cream. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Step 3: Simmer

Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.

Step 4: Serve

Place the cooked steaks and pork chops on a plate. Pour the blue cheese sauce over the meats.
