Ingredients:
– 3 teaspoons paprika
– 2 teaspoons garlic salt
– 1-1/2 teaspoons pepper
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 1 bone-in beef rib roast (6 to 7 pounds)
– 2 cups beef stock
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic salt, pepper, rosemary, and cayenne pepper to make a dry rub.
- Rub the dry rub all over the beef rib roast, covering it completely.
- Place the rib roast in a roasting pan bone side down.
- Pour the beef stock into the bottom of the roasting pan.
- Roast the rib roast in the preheated oven for about 2-2.5 hours, or until a meat thermometer reads 135-140°F for medium-rare or 145-150°F for medium.
- Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the rib roast and serve with your favorite sides.
