◾️Ingredients:
4 to 6 catfish fillets can substitute
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
garlic powder to your liking
onion powder to your liking
2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 to 2 lemon, sliced
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
◾️Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Place catfish fillets and shrimp in a large baking dish
. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the Cajun seasoning mix evenly over the fish and shrimp, ensuring they are well-coated.
Arrange lemon slices on top of the fish and shrimp.
Pour melted butter over the entire dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the catfish flakes easily with a fork and the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving of desired .
