Ingredients Makes 32 Balls
450g/16oz Original Oreo Biscuits, crushed
180g/6.3oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
200g/7oz White Chocolate to cover the balls
25ml Vegetable Oil
DECORATION:
Mini Oreo Biscuits (Hats)
Mini Reese’s (Top of Hats)
Mini Dark Chocolate Chips (Eyes)
Orange Sugar Sweets (Nose)
Dark Chocolate, melted (mouth)(mouth)
Method:
Crush biscuits in a food processor. Add the cream cheese and mix until combined. If it doesn’t all come together, continue to mix by hand.
Form into balls and refrigerate 30 minutes before dipping into white melted chocolate (melt chocolate in the microwave then stir in the vegetable oil.
