INGREDIENTS :
2 lb shrimp cooked,
peeled,
deveined,
tail removed
½ cup celery chopped â…“ cup bacon cooked and chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
½ tsp salt آ
¼ tsp pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Add shrimp, bacon and chives to a large bowl. Toss to combine.
2.In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, wholegrain mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, salt and pepper. Add to shrimp mixture and toss to cover.
3.Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
