Ingredients:
Shrimp (1 lb, peeled and deveined)
Broccoli florets (3 cups)
Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
Soy sauce (1/4 cup)
Oyster sauce (2 tbsp)
Honey (1 tbsp)
Cornstarch (1 tbsp)
Water (1/4 cup)
Olive oil (2 tbsp)
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic; sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp; cook until pink.
Add broccoli; cook until tender-crisp.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water in a bowl; pour over shrimp and broccoli.
Stir until sauce thickens.
