Ingredients:

– 12 egg roll wrappers

– 1 lb corned beef, thinly sliced

– 1 cup sauerkraut, drained

– 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

– 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing

– 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

– Vegetable oil (for frying)

– Extra Thousand Island dressing (for dipping)

 

Directions:

  1. Lay egg roll wrapper on surface, add corned beef.
  2. Add sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and dressing.
  3. Fold wrapper, seal with beaten egg.
  4. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
  5. Fry in oil until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with extra dressing.????❤️
