Savoring Butter-Glazed Lobster Medallions: What’s Your Twist?

Ingredients:

4 lobster tails (shells removed, cut into medallions)

3 tbsp unsalted butter

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Prepare the Lobster: Remove lobster meat from shells and cut into thick medallions. Pat dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

2. Sear the Lobster: In a hot skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add lobster medallions and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until just cooked. Remove and set aside.

3. Make the Creamy Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and remaining butter. Simmer until thickened slightly.

4. Coat the Lobster: Return lobster medallions to the pan and gently spoon sauce over them to coat.

5. Serve & Garnish: Transfer to a serving plate, drizzle with extra sauce, and top with chopped parsley.
