Ingredients:
4 lobster tails (shells removed, cut into medallions)
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Prepare the Lobster: Remove lobster meat from shells and cut into thick medallions. Pat dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
