Hello friends! Today, I’m excited to share a wonderful recipe that brings the best of both land and sea to your dinner table: Garlic Butter Steak & Shrimp Skewers. Perfect for a cozy evening at home, it’s an effortless way to impress your family while enjoying a delicious meal.

 

Ingredients:

– 1 lb filet mignon or sirloin, cut into cubes

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

– 2 tbsp butter, melted

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/2 tsp paprika

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

– Juice of 1/2 lemon

– 1 tbsp butter (for searing)

– 1 tbsp olive oil

 

Directions:

1. Prepare the Steak: In a bowl, toss steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. Season the Shrimp: In a separate bowl, coat shrimp with melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3. Cook the Steak: Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and butter, then sear steak cubes for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and medium-rare. Remove from heat and let rest.

4. Cook the Shrimp: In the same pan, add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until opaque and lightly charred. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and garnish with parsley.

5. Serve & Enjoy: Arrange the steak and shrimp on a serving platter, garnish with extra parsley, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or garlic butter!
