Directions:
Cook the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Reduce heat, add butter and minced garlic, and toss the steak to coat. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
Sear the Scallops: Pat scallops dry and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add scallops and sear for 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Add butter and lemon juice, then baste scallops for 30 seconds.
Cook the Shrimp: In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add shrimp, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
Assemble & Serve: Arrange steak, shrimp, and scallops on a plate. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra lemon wedges.
