Sausage Egg and Cheese Sandwich with Grape Jelly

Ingredients:

– 4 sausage patties

– 4 large eggs

– 4 slices of cheddar cheese

– 4 English muffins, split and toasted

– 4 tablespoons grape jelly

– 1 tablespoon butter

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook the sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the butter and cook the eggs to your preferred doneness.
  3. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each sausage patty while still warm to melt the cheese slightly.
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon of grape jelly on each bottom half of the toasted English muffins.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by layering the sausage with melted cheese and a cooked egg on top of the grape jelly-covered English muffin bottoms. Place the top halves of the English muffins on each sandwich.
