Ingredients:
– 4 sausage patties
– 4 large eggs
– 4 slices of cheddar cheese
– 4 English muffins, split and toasted
– 4 tablespoons grape jelly
– 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
- Cook the sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and cook the eggs to your preferred doneness.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each sausage patty while still warm to melt the cheese slightly.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of grape jelly on each bottom half of the toasted English muffins.
- Assemble the sandwiches by layering the sausage with melted cheese and a cooked egg on top of the grape jelly-covered English muffin bottoms. Place the top halves of the English muffins on each sandwich.
