Ingredients:
For the Ribeye:
2 ribeye steaks
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
For the Shrimp and Scallops:
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb scallops
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Loaded Baked Potato:
2 large russet potatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh chives, chopped
For the Asparagus:
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Potatoes:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pierce them several times with a fork.
Bake the potatoes directly on the oven rack for about 45-60 minutes, or until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Cut them in half and scoop out the insides, leaving a small border.
Mash the potato insides with butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped bacon. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
