Ingredients :

¼ cup almond milk or milk of choice and add more as needed to slightly thin the smoothie
1 cup frozen banana
2 dates
2 tablespoons peanut butter
½ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop Naked Nutrition Kids Daily Essentials Vanilla Nutritional Shake Mix
ice cubes a few ice cubes

Instructions :

In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen sliced banana, creamy peanut butter, dates, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, nutritional shake mix, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender if necessary. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a drizzle of peanut butter or sliced banana if desired.
