Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheese Bites

Ingredients:

Grated Parmesan Cheese: 1 cup (100g)

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cup (100g)

Large Egg: 1

Onion Powder: 1 teaspoon

Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon (optional)

Salt and Pepper: To taste

Olive Oil or Cooking Spray: For greasing

 

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a light coating of olive oil or cooking spray.

Combine the Ingredients: In a spacious mixing bowl, blend together the Parmesan, mozzarella, egg, onion powder, garlic powder (if desired), salt, and pepper until thoroughly mixed.

Shape the Bites: Scoop the mixture using a small cookie scoop or your hands and form into 1-inch balls. Space them evenly on the baking sheet.

Baking Time: Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until they turn golden and exhibit a crispy exterior.

Cooling: Remove the bites from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
