Ingredients:
- 1.1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 14 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 14 oz beef stock
- 14 oz milk
- 7 oz grated cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
- Cook ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat until browned. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Stir in pasta, beef stock, milk, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is cooked.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Let it sit to thicken. Garnish with parsley before serving.
