One-Pot Cheeseburger Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1.1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 14 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 14 oz beef stock
  • 14 oz milk
  • 7 oz grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:

  1. Cook ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat until browned. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  2. Stir in pasta, beef stock, milk, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is cooked.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Let it sit to thicken. Garnish with parsley before serving.
