These stuffed dates are so delicious and easy to make. The creamy mascarpone cheese paired with the dates, nuts and maple syrup make such a great flavour that you will be coming back for more! ☺️
Ingredients:
30 Medjool Dates, pitted
1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
250g/8.8oz Mascarpone Cheese
Method:
Slice dates lengthwise to remove pit and create an opening for the filling. Stuff dates with mascarpone cheese (it is easier to pipe it in) and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Place on a sheet of baking paper and drizzle with maple syrup.
Transfer to a serving plate and keep refrigerated until serving.
