Lemon Lush Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 2 cups whipped topping

– 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant lemon pudding mix

– 3 cups cold milk

– Lemon zest for garnish

 

Instructions:

1️⃣ In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form the crust.

2️⃣ In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.

3️⃣ Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, creating an even layer.

4️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk together instant lemon pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread the lemon pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.

5️⃣ Top the lemon pudding layer with the remaining whipped topping.

6️⃣ Sprinkle lemon zest over the top for a burst of flavor and a decorative touch.
