Ingredients:
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups shredded coconut
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar, for rolling
Directions:
Combine Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Chill Mixture:
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
Form Snowballs:
Once chilled, scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls using your hands.
Coat in Powdered Sugar:
Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
Refrigerate:
Place the coated snowballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow them to firm up.
