Ingredients:

1 lb beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon water

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Directions:

In a slow cooker, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Add the beef stew meat to the slow cooker and stir to coat the beef in the sauce.

Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until the beef is tender.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Stir this into the slow cooker and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.

Serve the honey garlic beef bites hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
