Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:

1 pork loin

½ cup cranberry sauce

¼ cup Dijon mustard

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

Set oven to 375°F (190°C).

  1. Prepare the Glaze:

In a small bowl, mix together cranberry sauce and Dijon mustard until smooth.

  1. Sear the Pork:

Season pork loin with salt and pepper. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the pork on all sides until browned, about 4-5 minutes.

  1. Bake with Glaze:

Brush the cranberry Dijon glaze generously over the pork loin. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  1. Serve:

Let the pork rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with your favorite holiday sides.

Perfect for festive gatherings!
