Ingredients:

2 white fish fillets (such as cod or halibut)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp lemon zest

Salt and pepper to taste

1 lemon (cut into wedges)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

2 cups frozen fries (or fresh if you prefer)

Instructions:

Prepare the Fries:

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your frozen fries package. Place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for the recommended time, turning halfway through to ensure they become crispy and golden brown.

Prepare the Fish:

Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Rub the spice mixture evenly on both sides of the fish fillets.

Grill the Fish:

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Grill the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are fully cooked and slightly crispy on the outside. Be careful not to overcook the fish as it may become dry.

Assemble the Plate:

Arrange the crispy fries and grilled fish fillets on a plate.

Serve with fresh lemon wedges on the side and garnish with chopped parsley.

Optional: Add a dollop of tartar sauce or a drizzle of lemon butter for an extra burst of flavor!
