Grilled Chicken & Bacon Wrap

Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 strips of crispy bacon

1 ripe avocado

2 large flour tortillas

Fresh lettuce

1 tomato  (optional)

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Cook the Bacon:

In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.  Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain.

Grill the Chicken:

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.  Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).  Slice into strips.

Prepare the Guacamole:

Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime juice , if desired.

Assemble the Wraps:

Lay the tortillas flat on a surface.

Spread a generous layer of creamy guacamole  in the center.

Add the juicy sliced grilled chicken , crispy bacon , fresh lettuce , and a few slices of juicy tomato  (optional).

Wrap it Up:

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly into a wrap.

Serve:

Slice the wrap in half and enjoy your tasty meal!
