Grilled Cheesy Bacon Burger

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (80% lean)

4 sesame hamburger buns

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 slices tomato

Fresh lettuce leaves

4 slices crispy bacon

Salt & pepper to taste

Your favorite burger condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.)

 

Instructions:

Prepare the Patties:

Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties, making a small indentation in the center of each to prevent puffing up while grilling.

Grill the Burgers:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the patties for about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.

Melt the Cheese:

During the last minute of grilling, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese. Close the grill lid to melt the cheese perfectly.

Toast the Buns:

Lightly toast the buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy.

Assemble the Burger:

Spread your favorite condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.) on the toasted buns.

Add the grilled patty with melted cheese, top with fresh lettuce, juicy tomato slices, and crispy bacon.

Serve & Enjoy:
