Ingredients:
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough around the cheese, pinching the seams to seal.
Arrange the biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the biscuit bombs.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
