A luxurious seafood dish! This penne pasta is tossed with succulent shrimp and a creamy Provolone sauce with a Cajun twist.
Ingredients:
8 oz penne pasta
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Provolone cheese, grated
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook penne pasta according to package instructions; drain.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning; cook until shrimp are pink.
Stir in heavy cream and Provolone cheese until melted. Add cooked penne and toss to combine. Garnish with parsley.
