Ingredients:
For the Garlic Shrimp Pasta:
8 oz fettuccine or your favorite pasta
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Ribeye Steak Bits:
1 lb ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
For the Cheesy Sausage Mash:
2 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Garlic Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, pour in the white wine (if using) and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Let it simmer for 2 minutes, then add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly. Return the shrimp to the skillet, toss to coat, and set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Ribeye Steak Bits
Season the ribeye steak pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. In another skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak bits and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 4: Make the Cheesy Sausage Mash
In a large pot, boil the cubed potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return them to the pot. Add milk, butter, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked sausage. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
