 ▪️Ingredients  :

– 1 lb ground beef

– 4 slices of cooked bacon, chopped

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp onion powder

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

– 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough (e.g., Pillsbury)

– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Olive oil or cooking spray (for greasing)

▪️ Instructions :

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Prepare the Dough: Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly in your hand or on a clean surface.
  4. Assemble the Bombs: Take a scoop of the beef mixture (about 1-2 tablespoons) and place it in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the sides of the biscuit over the filling to seal it completely. Pinch the edges to secure the filling inside.
  5. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the sealed biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Garnish: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Drizzle with melted butter if desired and sprinkle chopped parsley over them for garnish.
