Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells

Ingredients

Ingredients for Garlic Butter Steak Bites:

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

3 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Ingredients for Creamy Parmesan Shells:

8 oz shell pasta

1 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

 

Instructions:

Cook Pasta: Boil shell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sear Steak Bites: In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Stir in garlic and thyme, cooking for 30 seconds. Remove and set aside.

Make Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, then add heavy cream, garlic powder, and Parmesan. Stir for 3-4 minutes until thick.

Combine & Serve: Toss pasta in the sauce, then add steak bites back in. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
