Easy Air Fryer Pizza Roll Ups

Ingredients:

4 8-inch flour tortillas

Pizza sauce (use your favorite store-bought brand)

Pepperoni slices

4 mozzarella string cheese sticks

Olive oil (or avocado oil)

Instructions:

Warm the Tortillas:

Stack the 4 tortillas on a microwave-safe plate and place a damp paper towel on top. Microwave for 20 seconds until the tortillas are warm. Alternatively, use a tortilla warmer if you have one.

Preheat the Air Fryer:

Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 5 minutes.

Prepare the String Cheese:

Cut each string cheese stick in half lengthwise.

Assemble the Roll Ups:

Lay a tortilla flat and spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce at the bottom.

Add 5 pepperoni slices on top of the pizza sauce.

Place the string cheese on top of the pepperoni.

Roll up the tortilla tightly around the filling. Repeat for each tortilla until you have 4 roll ups.

Brush with Oil:

Brush the top of each roll up evenly with olive oil. This will add extra crispiness to the roll ups.

Cook in the Air Fryer:

Place the pizza roll ups seam-side down in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 5 minutes or until the roll ups are golden brown and crispy.

Serve:

Carefully remove the pizza roll ups from the air fryer.

Let them cool slightly, then enjoy! These taste great dipped in extra pizza sauce.
