Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Dough: Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a flat surface to form a rectangle. If needed, use a rolling pin to make the dough even.
Add Toppings: Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then distribute the mini pepperoni slices on top.
Roll the Dough: Starting from one of the longer sides, carefully roll the dough into a tight log, similar to how you would roll cinnamon rolls. Pinch the seam to seal the roll.
Cut the Rolls: Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife. You should get about 10-12 rolls. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, cut side down.
Prepare the Coating: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of the pizza rolls with this butter mixture.
Add Doritos Coating: Sprinkle the crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos generously over the top of each pizza roll.
Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cool and Serve: Let the pizza rolls cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm as a snack or appetizer!
