Decadent No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
Chocolate ganache (for topping)
Whipped cream (for garnish)
Additional chocolate cookies, pecans, and coconut (for garnish)

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
Pour the filling over the crust, spreading it evenly.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top and swirl gently with a knife.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Before serving, top with chocolate ganache, whipped cream, and additional garnishes as desired.
