Creamy Garlic Parmesan Steak and Shrimp

Ingredients:

– 2 ribeye steaks

– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 4 tablespoons butter

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

 

Directions:

Step 1: Searing the Steaks

Heat a skillet over high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Sear each side of the steaks for about 4-5 minutes until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 2: Cooking the Shrimp

In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Making the Sauce

In the skillet, melt the remaining butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.

Step 4: Combining Steak and Shrimp

Return the steaks and shrimp to the skillet, coating them in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. Allow everything to heat through for a couple of minutes.

Step 5: Serving

Serve the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Steak and Shrimp hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
