Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients:

4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)

4 tablespoons butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Lemon wedges, for serving

 

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, cut down the middle of the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin.
