Ingredients
For the pasta:
12 oz Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons of the olive oil
1lb chicken breast (slice)
1 onion (chopped)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 yellow bell pepper (diced)
1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
Minced green onions or parsley for garnish
Preparation
Cook the pasta:
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on package. Drain it and put it aside.
Stir fry the chicken:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add some vegetables:
In the same pan, add onion, garlic and black pepper. Jump until it gets soft
Making the sauce:
Lower heat and add cajun seasoning, heavy cream and parmesan. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.
Combine :
Put the baked pasta and chicken back in the pan. Toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
Serve :
Top with chopped green onions or parsley and enjoy!
