Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients:

8 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic, cooking until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes to reduce slightly.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine and coat the pasta in the sauce. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
