Ingredients:
8 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic, cooking until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes to reduce slightly.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine and coat the pasta in the sauce. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
