Looking for a gourmet meal at home? Try this Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon – it’s packed with flavor and super easy to make!
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1/2 lb crab meat
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Make a pocket in each salmon fillet by slicing horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear the stuffed salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
