Ingredients
2 (150g/5.3oz) Pkts Morning Coffee (Semi-sweet biscuits)
1 Tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Tbls Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup Coconut
50g/1.76oz Grated Cadbury Chocolate
Coconut to cover the balls
Method:
Crush biscuits in a food processor.
Place crushed biscuits in a bowl and mix in cocoa, coconut and grated chocolate. Add the condensed milk and form into balls (if the mixture is too sticky to roll, refrigerate for 15 minutes).
Roll in coconut and chill to set.
