Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Stuffed Chicken Breasts

These juicy chicken breasts are filled with a creamy spinach and artichoke mixture, baked to golden perfection for a stunning main dish!

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup spinach, chopped

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the mixture.

Place in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and golden.
