Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Season the steaks with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve the steaks topped with the cooked shrimp. Garnish with fresh parsley.
