Ingredients:
– 4 salmon fillets
– 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 3 tablespoons butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add honey.
4. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with the buttery honey sauce.
5. Transfer the salmon to a baking dish and bake in the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
6. Serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges.
