Ingredients:

4 (6-8 oz) Lobster Tails

1/2 cup Butter, softened

5 Cloves Garlic, minced

1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning (or Creole Seasoning)

Lemon Wedges, for serving

Instructions:

Thaw lobster tails in cold water for 30 minutes if frozen. Rinse and pat dry.

In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and cajun seasoning; set aside.

Butterfly the lobster tails: cut the top shell down the center, remove vein and shell pieces, and lift the meat over the shell.

Place lobster tails meat-side up in an oven-safe dish and distribute the cajun garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat. Broil for 10-12 minutes until the meat is opaque and edges are slightly charred.

Remove from oven, spoon sauce over the lobster tails, and serve with lemon wedges.
