Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
6 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
3 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped Salt and pepper, to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Add the steak bites and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add 2 tbsp butter and the remaining olive oil.
