BUTTER SEARED LOBSTER AND STEAK

Ingredients:

2 lobster tails

2 beef steaks (your preferred cut)

4 tbsp butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) for garnish

Salt & pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

 

Directions:

Sear the Steaks:

Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 4-5 minutes per side until your desired doneness. Remove and let rest.

Cook the Lobster:

In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Place lobster tails cut-side down, searing for 3 minutes. Flip and cook until opaque and firm (3-4 minutes).

Serve & Drizzle:

Plate the steaks and lobster tails together. Drizzle with the garlic butter sauce from the skillet, garnish with fresh herbs, and add a squeeze of lemon.
