RECIPE: 12 Balls

Ingredients

1 Cup (110g) Oats

1 Cup (150g) Fresh Bluberries

1Tbls Peanut Butter

1Tbls Honey

1/3 Cup Coconut plus extra for coating

 

Method:

Process all ingredients together until well combined.

Roll into balls and dust with extra coconut. If you find the mixture is too wet to roll, place it in the freezer for 5 minutes. Keep balls in a airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 to 3 days.
