Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
Marinate Chicken: Toss chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Sauté Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Cook Vegetables: In the same pan, sauté onions, red, and green bell peppers until slightly tender. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add Chicken: Return chicken to the pan. Sprinkle with black pepper and sugar, then add water. Stir-fry until everything is well coated and heated through.
Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot over rice.

This dish pairs perfectly with steamed jasmine rice.
