Ingredients:
1 pre-baked pie crust
1 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
Instructions:
Make Glaze:
In a medium saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes clear.
Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin until dissolved. Allow the glaze to cool slightly.
Assemble Pie:
Arrange the sliced strawberries in the pre-baked pie crust. Pour the glaze over the strawberries, making sure they are evenly coated.
Chill:
Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, until the glaze is set.
